Q: What services does Summit Realty Media offer? A: We are a full-service real estate media company specializing in creating high-impact digital assets for your listings. Our core services include HDR Photography, Realsee 3D Virtual Tours, Cinematic and Walkthrough Videos, and licensed Drone Photography/Videography.
Q: What areas do you serve? A: Our standard service area covers a 40-mile radius from our base in Arlington, TX, which includes the majority of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are happy to travel beyond this area; please see our travel fee schedule for details.
Q: Why is professional real estate media so important? A: In today's competitive market, professional photos and virtual tours are the first showing. High-quality media captures the attention of potential buyers, increases online engagement, and helps you build a premium brand. It can lead to more showings, faster sales, and higher offer prices.
Q: Are you insured and are your drone pilots licensed? A: Absolutely. We carry general liability insurance to protect you and your clients' property. All of our drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots, ensuring all flights are safe, legal, and professional.
Booking & Scheduling

Q: What is your standard turnaround time? A: Our standard delivery time for all media is 3-5 business days. We take this time to ensure every photo and video is professionally edited to our high standards.
Q: Do you offer a rush service? A: Yes. For an additional fee, we offer a 24-Hour Rush Delivery service. If you select this add-on, you will receive your completed assets by the end of the next business day.

Q: What is a Realsee 3D Virtual Tour? A: A Realsee 3D tour is an immersive, self-guided experience that allows potential buyers to digitally walk through a property from anywhere in the world. It provides a complete sense of the layout, scale, and flow of a home that photos and videos alone cannot capture.
Q: How long is the hosting for the 3D tour included? A: Hosting duration depends on the package you select:

Q: What is the difference between a "Walkthrough Video" and a "Cinematic Video"? A: A Walkthrough Video is a straightforward, stabilized video that shows the layout and flow of the home, much like walking through it. A Cinematic Video is a higher-production-value piece with more creative shots, camera movement, music, and editing to evoke an emotional connection to the property.
Preparation & The Photoshoot
Q: How should the property be prepared for the shoot? A: To ensure the best results, the property should be photo-ready when we arrive. We've created a simple checklist:

Declutter: Remove clutter from all surfaces, countertops, and floors.

Depersonalize: Store away personal photos, mail, and refrigerator magnets.

Clean: Ensure all surfaces (windows, mirrors, floors, countertops) are sparkling clean.

Lights On, Fans Off: Turn on all interior lights and lamps, and turn off all ceiling fans.

Exterior: Tidy up landscaping, store garbage cans out of sight, and remove cars from the driveway.
Q: Do I need to be at the property during the shoot? A: It's not required for you to be present as long as we have access to the property (e.g., via a lockbox code). However, you are more than welcome to be there.
Delivery, Payment & Usage
Q: How will I receive my files? A: You will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you can view and download all your media in both high-resolution (for print) and MLS-optimized sizes.
Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For custom commercial projects, we may require a deposit with the balance due upon delivery.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations for exterior or drone work are an exception, and we will work with you to reschedule at no charge.
Q: What are the usage rights for the photos and videos? A: You (the agent who booked the service) are granted a license to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property for the duration of the listing. The copyright and ownership of the media remain with Summit Realty Media. Media may not be sold or given to third parties (e.g., stagers, builders, other agents) without our written permission.
